We have changed our business name from What You Eat Cafe to Wild Thyme Cafe Bright. We still serve the same vegetarian/vegan wholefoods. We have only changed our business name:)!
- Vu NThe staff here are super friendly. There was one girl that served us that looked like she was high on life the whole time; I want what she’s having! It’s a spacious cafe, and there’s plenty of seating space inside and out. We had just finished hiking and exploring Mount Buffalo so we’ve worked up an appetite. My Wife ordered the Beans, along with a Cacao Almond Crunch smoothie; and I ordered the Big Breaky and the Vegan Bulletproof Coffee, which was quite a unique treat! I highly recommend trying. The food came out at a reasonable time, given how busy they were, and the serving size was generous—we both felt quite satisfied by the end of the meal. We also bought a few raw treats for the road; they were OK but nothing to write home about. My only critique is that the tofu scramble could be a bit more seasoned as it was quite plain. Otherwise, definitely would come back and recommend as a great Cafe to visit in Bright for plant-based eaters.
- Lee Yit’s wonderful place for breaky, they open on the weekend and people are waiting. the porridge is definitely the best so good so tasty.
